Define and govern enterprise solution architectures for complex banking transformations. Lead architecture for digital banking initiatives across retail, corporate, private banking, and wealth management. Translate business and technology requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient banking solutions. Provide architectural leadership for platform selection, integration patterns, and deployment strategies. Govern delivery outcomes and develop architecture capabilities across geographically distributed teams. Engage with senior client stakeholders to drive consensus and deliver architectural recommendations.

Minimum 20 years of experience in banking technology and solution architecture. Extensive experience with major core banking platforms like Temenos, Finacle, or new-generation platforms (Backbase, Mambu, Thought Machine). Proven expertise in core banking transformation, platform modernization, digital banking, and API-led integration. Strong understanding of retail, corporate, private banking, wealth management, and payments domains. Demonstrated ability to connect business strategy with technology delivery and manage complex, multi-vendor environments. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline is preferred.
