This Senior Manager role focuses on the Banking Domain within the ASEAN region, offering a platform to drive significant transformation and growth. We are seeking experienced professionals to shape the future of financial services.

Spearhead Core Banking transformations, manage banking operations, and lead technology initiatives within the ASEAN financial services sector.

Develop and implement strategies for Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, AML, KYC, and Financial Crime Compliance frameworks. Drive large-scale banking transformation projects and consulting engagements, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment across business, operations, technology, and compliance functions.

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, business process improvement, and change management efforts. Define and execute Go-to-Market strategies for Banking, Core Banking, Risk & Compliance, and Payments offerings. Support business development through proposal creation, RFP responses, and client pitches, identifying market opportunities and translating them into innovative consulting solutions.

A minimum of 14 years of extensive experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Banking Consulting is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in Core Banking systems (Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, TCS BaNCS, Mambu), retail and corporate banking, digital banking, payments, lending, and trade finance. Proficiency in Risk, Compliance frameworks, ISO 20022, ISO8583, regulatory reporting, and operational risk management is required.

Proven ability to manage complex engagements, drive business development, and develop strategic market offerings. Strong understanding of banking operating models and process optimization is key to success in this role.
