Leverage your expertise in Capital Markets, Treasury, and Financial Markets to drive platform implementation, integration, migration, and modernization projects. You will collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to define requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful delivery of complex change programs.

As a Capital Markets Techno-Functional Business Analyst, your responsibilities will span business analysis, functional consulting, and technology support.

Key duties include eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement, performing gap analysis, and designing future-state operating models. You will analyze the Front-to-Back trade lifecycle across various capital markets functions, support integration efforts, and act as a liaison between business and technology teams. Additionally, you will contribute to testing cycles, including SIT and UAT, and support production verification and stabilization.

Candidates should possess a strong domain background with at least 5 years of experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Treasury, demonstrating a solid understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle and key processes such as trade capture, settlements, and collateral management.

Essential technical skills include proficiency in SQL and data analysis, familiarity with database technologies, and an understanding of system integrations and APIs. Functional expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management is crucial. Experience with Capital Markets platforms like Murex, Calypso, or Finastra is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being advantageous.
