Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define, document, and prioritize business requirements. Optimize end-to-end business processes across lending, payments, trade finance, treasury, wealth management, capital markets, and regulatory reporting. Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories. Drive platform implementation, migration, and modernization programs, conducting gap and impact analyses to support business process re-engineering. Facilitate workshops, UAT, and ensure readiness for production rollouts. Identify and leverage AI, Generative AI, and automation opportunities to enhance business outcomes and operational efficiency, aligning with digital and data strategies.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Capital Markets transformation programs. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Technology is required. You should possess a strong understanding of banking products, capital markets processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends. Hands-on experience with banking, capital markets, or fintech platform implementation is essential. Proficiency in requirements management, process modeling, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management is crucial. Familiarity with AI/Generative AI use cases and data-driven decision-making is also necessary, alongside excellent analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
