This role involves advising colleagues and clients on SAP-enabled enterprise transformation strategies and contributing to SAP thought leadership across Southeast Asia. You will build and leverage a strong regional SAP advisory network and support business development efforts, including proposal shaping and commercial discussions.

You will lead ERP/SAP current-state assessments and maturity diagnostics, define SAP-enabled target operating models, and develop transformation roadmaps. Responsibilities also include conducting TCO analysis, business case development, and providing strategic guidance across the entire SAP implementation lifecycle. You'll analyze complex IT landscapes, advise on SAP S/4HANA and its ecosystem, and review vendor proposals.

We seek individuals with 10-15+ years of professional experience in SAP/ERP advisory and transformation, ideally from a technology consulting background (Big 4 preferred) or equivalent strategy-led SAP advisory roles. Key experience areas include ERP assessments, SAP transformation strategy and roadmap development, target operating model design, TCO/business case evaluation, and vendor assessment.

This position requires strategic and functional SAP expertise, not deep technical configuration skills (e.g., Basis, ABAP). Essential functional expertise is in the Finance domain (Core Finance, Treasury, Planning & Consolidation), with Supply Chain domain knowledge (Sales & Distribution, Logistics) being a plus.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP integration landscape, enterprise data models, end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles, and enterprise architecture frameworks is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is required. Flexibility for travel across Southeast Asia is necessary.
