Join BCG Platinion as a Senior AI Tech Consultant and drive technological innovation within our Tech Advisory & Delivery practice. You will partner with clients to develop cutting-edge IT concepts and tech solutions, focusing on artificial intelligence and digital transformation.

This role requires a blend of consulting acumen and deep technological expertise. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, tackle ambiguous challenges, and act as a change agent to implement new processes and toolsets. Effectively influence stakeholders by building strong relationships and communicating complex ideas clearly.

As an AI and Agentic native, you'll leverage the latest technologies to deliver high-impact outcomes and solve challenging client problems. Contribute to BCG's mission of inspiring complex change and driving bottom-line impact for our clients.

Take end-to-end responsibility for modules within client engagements, developing specialized knowledge to address complex issues. Apply generalist consulting skills to strategic digital and technology questions, creating change strategies and winning buy-in.

Work alongside clients to understand their challenges and collaboratively develop innovative solutions. Develop superior IT concepts and tech solutions that drive competitive advantage and superior business performance. Help clients navigate questions on AI disruption, data-driven personalization, and agile digital service delivery.

Contribute to the design and delivery of AI-powered products, defining requirements, translating business problems into AI-enabled concepts, and supporting agile product delivery. Optimize business and IT processes within complex organizations, delivering data and digital platforms using Agile, DevSecOps, and Cloud native architectures.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Systems Engineering, Business Management/Administration, or a related field is required.

Possess at least 2 years of practical experience in IT/AI consulting, product management, professional software development, or product and program implementation. Hands-on experience with SQL and Python is essential.

Demonstrate strong GenAI tool fluency and the ability to validate AI-generated responses. Exceptional learning agility, excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are critical. Ability to work creatively, autonomously, and analytically in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment is key.
