As a Senior AI Tech Consultant, you will lead by example, demonstrating collaborative, strategic, and analytical prowess. You'll manage large-scale ERP projects, develop nuanced transformation roadmaps, and define robust program governance strategies.

Your responsibilities will include maximizing business value from tech investments by linking financial performance to digital solutions. You will also evaluate and design target state system architectures, recommending appropriate software platforms and configurations. Furthermore, you will drive organizational change by restructuring business and tech processes, supporting IT functions during mergers, and mentoring teams.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, engineering, IT, or business management. A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT/ERP consulting, software development, or IT project management is essential.

Proficiency in key enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday is required, along with hands-on experience in business process design and configuration. Candidates should have managed modules/workstreams in at least two end-to-end ERP implementations and have served as a team lead in a project phase. Fluency in Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude is a must. Willingness to travel globally to client sites is also expected.
