As a Cybersecurity Senior AI Tech Consultant, you will take end-to-end ownership of modules within client engagements, developing specialized expertise to solve complex cybersecurity and digital risk challenges. You will apply generalist consulting skills to strategic issues, employing advanced methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Key responsibilities include: - Acting as a technical expert and critical thinker to drive innovative cybersecurity solutions. - Translating deep technical understanding into business value implications. - Leveraging cutting-edge cybersecurity approaches for customized client solutions. - Driving organizational change, aligning teams, and optimizing cybersecurity practices. - Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
We are seeking a candidate with over 4 years of practical experience in cybersecurity consulting or management, ideally within diverse sectors and contexts. A Bachelor of Science (BS) in cybersecurity, information systems, mathematics, natural sciences, business management, or a similar field is required.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience or extensive knowledge in areas such as: - Developing cybersecurity strategies and policies. - Quantifying and managing cybersecurity risk. - Designing and implementing cybersecurity programs. - Assessing cybersecurity risks in AI platforms and integrating security into applications and systems. - Implementing cloud security and managing third-party/supply chain risks. - Designing and implementing identity and access management solutions. - Developing cybersecurity workforces and fostering culture change. - Designing continuous monitoring programs and vulnerability management. - Performing penetration testing, incident management, BCP, and DRP.
Familiarity with at least two cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27000) and fluency with GenAI tools are essential. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and conceptual skills are also critical.
