As a Senior AI Tech Architect, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and consultants to develop cutting-edge IT concepts and architectural solutions. You'll leverage your technical expertise, business acumen, and analytical skills to enable organizational transformation.

Key responsibilities include designing solution, application, and data architectures; developing feasibility studies and technical proofs of concept; and performing technology assessments. You will analyze complex IT application landscapes for optimization, review technical architecture and code, and support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions.

This role involves restructuring IT processes, optimizing application development, and designing work packages for IT implementation projects. You will also evaluate software packages and solutions, assess quality assurance, and craft compelling narratives to translate complex technical ideas for diverse audiences. Leading presentations and building consensus with clients are also crucial aspects of this position.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration, with a Master's Degree being a strong preference. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software engineering, including over 1 year specifically in architecture, is required.

Exceptional technical knowledge, engineering rigor, and creative problem-solving abilities are essential. The capacity to articulate complex technology topics to senior executives is a must. Extensive technical expertise spanning various technology stacks, cloud-native applications, omnichannel architecture, integration methodologies, API and Microservices architecture, and databases is expected.

Proficiency in high-speed transaction processing systems, real-time logging and monitoring, disaster recovery, and next-generation capabilities like AI/ML, IoT, and Blockchain is important. Experience with data analytics architecture, programming paradigms, process automation, and agile engineering practices is also vital. Fluency with GenAI tools like ChatGPT and an agile mindset are key assets. US Citizenship and an active security clearance, or the ability to obtain one, are required for this role. Willingness to travel extensively to client sites is also necessary.
