Design and implement AI and LLM-based system architectures, focusing on agentic AI components for intelligent workflow automation. Develop and enhance RAG-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and data sources. Contribute to the full lifecycle of AI platform components, from prototyping and validation to implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.

Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to project teams and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and foster a positive team culture.

Stay abreast of emerging trends in agentic AI, RAG, and AI platform tooling. Experiment with new technologies and actively pursue learning opportunities to grow into broader architectural responsibilities.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering is required, with a Master's degree being a significant advantage. You should possess at least 4 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI development, coupled with a strong understanding of software development and distributed systems.

Demonstrate hands-on experience building or integrating AI/ML or LLM-based components, utilizing modern AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies like Docker is essential.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is highly desirable. Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and a genuine interest in GenAI applications are key. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to code quality, and excellent communication skills are paramount for success in this role.
