This position is based in multiple U.S. locations and offers a competitive compensation package, including a first-year base salary of $150,000 USD, annual discretionary bonus, and Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund contributions. As a Senior AI Tech Architect, you will be a collaborative team player with extensive IT expertise, capable of critical thinking and driving novel solutions. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and acting as a change agent to implement new processes and toolsets, optimizing IT best practices. Embrace agile methodologies to strategically tackle challenges and drive change. You will act as a knowledgeable subject matter expert and hands-on practitioner in IT Architecture. Serve as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives, to develop hypothesis-driven solutions at the intersection of technology and business. Bridge the gap between IT and business functions, aligning technology strategies with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include designing solution, application, and data architecture, developing feasibility studies, and executing technical proofs of concept. You will perform technology assessments, implement IT architectures, and analyze complex IT application landscapes for optimization. Reviewing technical architecture and code is also a crucial aspect of this role.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered a plus. A minimum of 4 years of technology consulting or software engineering experience is required, with over 1 year specifically in an IT or Business Architecture discipline.

Exceptional technical knowledge, engineering rigor, and creative problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to articulate complex technology topics to senior executives is paramount. Extensive technical expertise in one or more of the following areas is highly valued: cloud technologies, integration methodologies, database design, data platform architecture, data analytics, AI/GenAI architecture, application modernization, mainframe architecture, and process automation (DevOps, AIOps).

Candidates should possess an agile mindset, a vision for migrating to modern architecture capabilities with a focus on business value, and a willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Fluency and demonstrated use of GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT or Claude, with the ability to validate responses, is also expected.
