As an Enterprise Solutions Principal, you will be a collaborative, strategic, and technical expert comfortable with ambiguity and driving change.

Key responsibilities include program management and governance for large-scale ERP projects, developing transformation roadmaps, and defining deployment strategies. You will maximize business value from tech investments by linking financial performance and business strategy to digital solutions and quantifying value cases.

You will also be responsible for solution architecture and design, evaluating IT landscapes, and recommending packaged software. Additionally, you'll manage organizational change, support tech functions during M&A, and develop team talent. Client management involves autonomously leading mid-to-senior level relationships and managing escalated situations. Thought leadership through proposal writing and contributing to publications is also expected.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, or business management, complemented by 8+ years of IT/ERP consulting, software development, or IT project management experience.

Essential experience includes a focus on SAP, Salesforce, Oracle (various modules), or Workday, with a proven track record in at least two end-to-end ERP implementations. You should possess expertise in business process design, configuration, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability in managing decision processes within large organizations, a strong customer and results orientation, and confidence are crucial. Experience planning and managing large, complex projects is required, along with fluency in GenAI tools and a willingness to travel globally.
