As a Manager, you will assume end-to-end responsibility for substantial project modules, developing specialized expertise to address intricate client challenges. You will engage in diverse digital initiatives, applying generalist consulting acumen to strategic digital and technology issues.

Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, devising change strategies, securing buy-in for recommendations, and collaborating with BCG colleagues to translate client potential into performance. You will also manage, support, and coach junior team members while contributing as an individual.

Your work will involve helping clients navigate critical questions such as the impact of AI on business models, leveraging data for personalized customer experiences, and accelerating digital service delivery through agile practices.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, business management, or a related field. A minimum of 5-8 years of practical experience in AI/Tech consulting, product management, professional software development, or product/program implementation is required.

Demonstrated expertise in at least two core areas such as AI platforms, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, enterprise tech platforms, business IT architecture, or software/product management is essential. Experience with Generative AI tools and their application is also crucial.

Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills are a must, as is the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and act as a trusted advisor. A willingness to travel globally, up to 80% at times, is also a requirement for this role.
