As an Enterprise Solutions Manager, you will embody collaboration, strategic thinking, and technical expertise. You will navigate ambiguity with confidence, acting as a change agent to drive organizational transformation and influence stakeholders through strong relationship-building.

Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing large-scale ERP projects and developing detailed transformation roadmaps, cost estimates, and resource plans. - Defining global and local deployment strategies, program governance, and quality assurance. - Maximizing business value from technology investments, linking financial performance and business strategy to digital solutions, and quantifying value cases for significant tech initiatives. - Evaluating and designing IT, enterprise applications, data, analytics, and integration solutions, including recommending software vendors and configurations. - Restructuring business/tech processes and operating models, supporting tech functions during mergers and acquisitions, and fostering talent development within teams. - Managing mid-to-senior level client relationships autonomously and expertly handling escalations. - Contributing to business development through proposal writing and project scoping, and advancing BCG's thought leadership via publications and conference presentations.

We seek individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or a related field, complemented by 6+ years of experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management. Expertise in SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday is essential.

Candidates should possess demonstrated experience managing two or more end-to-end ERP implementations, either in a waterfall or agile setting, with responsibility for modules or workstreams across all program phases. Experience in business process design and configuration is critical.

Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and conceptual skills are required. Candidates must be adept at managing decision processes within large organizations, displaying strong customer and results orientation, confidence, and persuasiveness. Fluency with Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Claude, for practical application and response validation, is also necessary.

This role requires a willingness to travel globally to engage with clients and BCG teams, with potential for significant on-site client work depending on project demands.
