As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will be a critical thinker with extensive expertise, developing innovative solutions for clients. You'll leverage cutting-edge cybersecurity approaches and act as a change agent, guiding organizations to optimize their practices. This involves aligning teams, implementing new processes and toolsets, and embracing complex challenges.

You will analyze cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements, translating them into tailored recommendations. Communicating complex technical concepts in a business-value-centric manner is essential. Responsibilities include conducting cybersecurity assessments, developing strategies and policies, understanding data protection drivers, and embedding product security and DevSecOps practices into SDLCs. Facilitating workshops, creating table-top exercises, and delivering operational resilience through incident response and disaster recovery planning are also key functions.

We seek a Manager, Cybersecurity with over 6 years of practical experience in cybersecurity consulting or management, preferably with experience leading teams. A Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, mathematics, natural sciences, business management, or a similar field is required. You should have hands-on experience or extensive knowledge in areas such as developing cybersecurity strategies, quantifying risk, leading security assessments, designing/implementing security programs, cloud security, and identity management.

Proficiency in at least two cybersecurity frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27000, or CSA CCM is expected. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and presentation skills, a results-oriented mindset, and confidence. Fluency with GenAI tools and business-level English proficiency are also essential. Willingness to travel globally to support client engagements is a requirement for this role.
