Lead technology initiatives and modules within BCG projects to address critical client challenges. Engage in a wide array of digital and technology topics, applying specialized consulting skills to strategic questions. Collaborate with BCG teams to translate client potential into measurable performance. As a Lead/Principal, champion thought leadership across our technology agenda, with a specific focus on ERP/SAP offerings. You will own technology/architecture project responsibilities, manage key stakeholders, and ensure successful client deliverables.

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in strategy, management, or technology consulting, coupled with digital/technology and/or industry expertise. We seek a Senior Technology Leader/Manager/Director with extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect.

Experience is valued across sectors such as Industrial Goods, Consumer Products, Government/Public Sector, Healthcare, and Energy. Expertise in core system modernization and systems of record within Banking/Financial Institutions, Mining, or Consumer industries is also relevant. Proven ability in architecting enterprise-scale solutions and leading high-performing technology delivery teams is essential.

Demonstrated success in driving presales, proposal development, and delivering executive-level client presentations is required. A passion for capability building, developing, and publishing thought leadership is crucial. Thrive in a hypothesis-led environment, adept at framing strategic challenges from a digital/tech viewpoint, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.

Exceptional communication, story-lining, client-facing, and consulting skills are paramount. A commercial and strategic mindset, coupled with senior gravitas, is expected. Familiarity with enterprise architectural frameworks and methods such as TOGAF, or related certifications, is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, is required. An MBA, Master's, or PhD will be highly regarded.
