As an Enterprise Solutions AI Tech Consultant, you will manage large-scale ERP projects, develop transformation roadmaps, and define program governance. You will link financial performance and business strategy to digital solutions, articulating and quantifying value for tech investments. Responsibilities include evaluating IT and enterprise application solutions, translating business needs into system requirements, and recommending software configurations. You will also restructure business/tech processes, support tech functions during M&A, and develop team talent through technical discussions and direction.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, software development, or IT project management is required, with a focus on platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday. Experience in business process design, configuration, and independently managing modules/workstreams in end-to-end ERP implementations is essential. Proven team leadership experience in at least one project phase and fluency in Gen AI tools are also necessary. Willingness to travel globally to work with clients and BCG teams is a key requirement.
