As an AI Tech Architect, you will work closely with hybrid case teams, including BCG/DigitalBCG, on general IT and digital/technology transformation projects. You will provide expert technology advisory services to clients across various sectors, aligning business and technology strategies for impactful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include assessing current technology landscapes, defining target states, and developing transition roadmaps. You will assist in defining and driving the implementation of technical architectures and proof-of-concepts, designing innovative solutions for complex business problems. Analyzing high-risk IT solutions and optimizing the software delivery lifecycle are also crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will facilitate client workshops to gather requirements for vendor/system selections and innovation topics, driving client innovation through cross-industry technology trend analysis. Influencing and managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships, including senior executives, will be essential.

We seek an individual with 3-12 years of experience in strategy, management, or technology consulting, or within an industry role. Proven experience in an architecture domain (solutions, applications, or big data) is essential, along with a solid understanding of architecture principles and modern data platform architecting.

This role requires broad generalist digital/technology skills and knowledge, coupled with a keen understanding of emerging digital and tech trends across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a hypothesis-based environment, can frame strategic challenges from a digital/tech perspective, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, client-facing, and consulting skills, along with a strategic mindset and gravitas, are expected. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, is required. Flexibility to travel within the SEA/Asia Pacific region is also necessary.
