This position offers a dynamic platform to guide companies in integrating sustainability across their strategy and operations. The scope includes ESG strategy, sustainable supply chains, robust reporting, regulatory adherence, decarbonization efforts, climate risk management, circular economy principles, and leveraging digital solutions for sustainability across diverse industries.

Lead comprehensive sustainability assessments, including materiality and ESG maturity evaluations, to pinpoint value creation opportunities. Develop forward-thinking sustainability strategies designed to boost business growth, operational resilience, and long-term enterprise value. Quantify sustainability-driven opportunities across products, operations, and supply chains. Spearhead GHG accounting and decarbonization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Design and implement sustainable supply chain and procurement strategies focused on resilience and responsible sourcing. Advise clients on embedding sustainability into their core business strategy and operating models. Drive circular economy and resource efficiency initiatives for new revenue streams. Assess and mitigate ESG and climate risks while identifying sustainable growth opportunities. Utilize data analytics and digital tools to generate actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Create compelling business cases and executive-level recommendations. Build sustainability capabilities across various functions and manage client engagements as a trusted advisor.

Support business development and thought leadership, positioning sustainability as a key driver of competitive advantage and measurable business outcomes.

We seek candidates with 5–8 years of experience in sustainability, ESG consulting, climate advisory, or related fields. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or Business is required. Proven experience delivering client-facing sustainability, ESG, or climate transformation engagements is essential. Expertise in climate strategy, GHG accounting, decarbonization, and circular economy principles is highly valued. Familiarity with digital product passports, product transparency, and emerging sustainability regulations is advantageous. Experience with sustainable supply chains, responsible sourcing, and supplier sustainability programs, including frameworks like EcoVadis and CDP, is preferred.

Strong knowledge of sustainability regulations such as CSRD and ESRS is beneficial. Proficiency in using sustainability data, analytics, and digital platforms for reporting and insights is expected. The ability to develop business cases and translate insights into executive recommendations is key. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client relationship skills are fundamental. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and hands-on experience with AI and Generative AI tools for project delivery are highly desirable.
