Lead the design of comprehensive transformation solutions for media clients, focusing on strategic pursuits and delivering tangible business value across content, audience, and revenue ecosystems. Serve as a trusted subject matter expert in media, advising on streaming, content monetization, advertising, audience engagement, rights management, and future industry trends. Architect AI-enabled, data-driven programs to modernize content supply chains, digital platforms, operating models, and revenue growth strategies.

Develop compelling business cases and executive narratives that articulate the commercial outcomes of complex media transformation initiatives. Design commercial, pricing, and value realization frameworks to support profitable growth, operational efficiency, and client impact. Collaborate extensively with account teams, sector leaders, alliance partners, and client executives to co-create scalable solutions and drive successful transformation outcomes.

We are looking for professionals with a proven track record in Media & Entertainment consulting, business transformation, strategy, or solution architecture, complemented by strong commercial acumen and business development skills. A deep understanding of media industry business models, economics, and value chains, encompassing content creation, broadcasting, streaming, advertising, publishing, and sports/entertainment, is essential.

Key expertise includes OTT and streaming platforms, AdTech, audience measurement, content operations, customer engagement, subscription models, and digital platform strategies. The ability to apply AI, analytics, personalization, and automation to achieve business objectives such as audience growth, content discovery, advertising yield optimization, subscriber retention, and operational efficiency is crucial. A solid grasp of content rights and licensing, DTC strategies, media distribution models, platform ecosystems, and emerging trends is also required.

Qualifications include an MBA or an advanced degree, with 12-18 years of experience within the Media & Entertainment industry, media consulting, digital media platforms, broadcasting, streaming services, AdTech, or related fields. Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives, solution architecture, or strategic consulting engagements within the media ecosystem, along with a strong industry network and credibility as a Media Subject Matter Expert (SME), is expected.
