Join EY as a Senior OSS Technology Consultant focusing on Blue Planet Inventory (BPI). You will be integral to our Global Delivery Services, driving the implementation of Ciena Blue Planet products and their integration with telecommunications operators' Operations Support Systems (OSS).

Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of Ciena Blue Planet products, with a strong emphasis on Blue Planet Network Inventory (BPI).

Engage in business analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and data migration.

Develop system, process, and data requirements, mapping OSS software capabilities to customer needs and proposing technical solutions.

Write and maintain Java code, Spring beans, and JUnit tests. Develop and extend GUI components using core product modules.

Optimize database queries for Neo4j and PostgreSQL. Support debugging and environment setup using Docker, AWS, and Kubernetes.

A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience and significant knowledge in Telecom OSS Network Inventory.

Experience with Ciena Blue Planet Inventory (BPI) is essential, along with experience in at least one other OSS COTS product (e.g., Netcracker, Ericsson, Nokia).

Familiarity with TMForum's eTOM framework, Open Digital Architecture (ODA), and Open APIs is preferred.

Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial. The ability to drive, motivate others, and work under pressure is also highly valued.
