This Principal role focuses on Semiconductor Transformation and Advisory, serving as a key advisor to leading semiconductor clients. You will guide them through strategic, operational, and technology-driven transformations. The position demands deep expertise in the semiconductor industry combined with consulting acumen to advise senior leaders on emerging trends, business challenges, operating model evolution, digital strategies, and growth opportunities across the entire semiconductor value chain.

Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps and target operating models, aligning them with business strategies and considering semiconductor product lifecycles, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and go-to-market functions.

Orchestrate stakeholder alignment across executive sponsors, functional leaders, and ecosystem partners, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and product management.

Assess the maturity of processes, technology, data, organization, and operations within semiconductor value chains, benchmarking against industry best practices to identify key transformation areas.

Define critical value drivers, KPIs, and benefits realization frameworks to enhance engineering productivity, manufacturing efficiency, supply chain resilience, foster innovation, and drive business growth.

Lead executive workshops and effectively translate complex semiconductor business and technology challenges into clear, compelling strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Apply expertise in semiconductor quality, risk, compliance, and operational control requirements to support transformation initiatives and governance structures.

Advise clients on leveraging data, advanced analytics, AI, Industry 4.0, and digital technologies to optimize semiconductor engineering, manufacturing, and business performance.

Drive large-scale transformation programs across semiconductor enterprises, integrating product-centric delivery, agile methodologies, and PMO best practices.

Champion organizational change, ensure stakeholder buy-in, and promote workforce adoption to support major semiconductor transformation initiatives.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundries, OSATs, equipment providers, technology partners, and strategic alliances, to inform sourcing and ecosystem strategies.

Contribute semiconductor industry insights to shape propositions, support business pursuits, develop thought leadership, and contribute to client presentations.

Serve as a trusted advisor to semiconductor clients, cultivating senior stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities for strategic growth and transformation.

Ensure the successful delivery of transformation engagements, guaranteeing quality, value realization, and alignment with client business objectives.

Possess 12-15+ years of experience within the semiconductor industry or consulting roles serving semiconductor clients.

Demonstrate a robust understanding of semiconductor business models, product lifecycles, manufacturing operations, supply chains, and current technology trends.

Exhibit proven credibility with senior stakeholders and a track record of successfully driving transformation and growth initiatives within the semiconductor sector.
