Analyze and document client business needs, developing optimal solutions using expertise in OT/Control systems (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA).

Drive business process re-design and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Lead workshops to define project scope and critical business requirements for successful execution.

Identify integration needs with existing systems and provide detailed specifications to technical teams.

Serve as a key interface between client and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Explore digital transformation opportunities, proposing innovative strategies to enhance client competitiveness.

Assess the value potential of transmission and distribution transformation programs and architect compelling value propositions.

Develop commercialization solutions for power distribution clients and provide expert advisory services.

Demonstrate extensive experience in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) implementation or technical advisory, with 10-15 years for Manager roles and 6-10 years for Senior roles.

Possess strong Business Analysis skills, including functional concepts of BA and Gap Analysis within OT/CS domains.

Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of OT/CS products, technologies, frameworks, business metadata management, and relevant architectural components.

Showcase robust skills in business process design and implementation.

Possess a solid understanding of the electric utility industry, including Grid Operations, Field Operations, Smart Grids, and Digital Grid concepts.

Experience in delivering large/medium P&U Sector specific OT solutions is essential.

Ability to assess Value Potential of Transmission & Distribution transformation programs and architect value proposals.
