Join the GDS Consulting – P&U Sector team as a Manager/Senior, specializing in Business Analysis, Operational Technology (OT), and Control Systems (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA). This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to a leading firm while actively shaping the growth of a developing service offering.

Analyze and document client business needs, collaborating to implement optimal solutions using OT/Control system expertise (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA). Drive business process redesign and continuous improvements in conjunction with clients and operations teams.

Lead workshops for Project Scope Studies to define project scope and essential business requirements. Identify integration needs with internal or third-party systems and furnish detailed information to Solution Architects and Technical Teams.

Serve as a liaison between client and technical teams. Explore transformation opportunities, suggesting innovative digital strategies to enhance client performance and market competitiveness. Assess the value potential of Transmission & Distribution transformation programs and architect compelling value proposals.

Develop commercialization solutions with significant growth potential for power distribution clients and provide expert advisory services.

You should possess significant experience in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) implementation or technical advisory. For Manager roles, this includes 10-15 years of total experience. For Senior roles, 6-10 years of relevant experience is expected.

A strong foundation in Business Analysis functional concepts, coupled with knowledge of OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) and proficiency in Gap Analysis, is essential. You must be well-versed in OT/CS products, technologies, frameworks, business metadata management, and relevant architectural components.

Demonstrate robust business analysis skills and a strong command of business process design. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, readiness to learn new technologies, and experience in managing complex programs are highly valued. People management skills and the ability to lead consultancy assignments effectively are also key.
