We are seeking seasoned professionals with deep expertise in ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, and SCADA systems. You will play a pivotal role in transforming how utilities operate, driving digital innovation and enhancing client capabilities in a dynamic market.

Your core responsibilities will involve analyzing and documenting client business needs, recommending optimal solutions leveraging your OT/Control Systems expertise. You will lead initiatives for business process re-design, facilitate workshops to define project scope, and act as a key liaison between client teams and technical specialists.

Identify integration requirements, explore digital transformation opportunities, and assess the value potential of utility modernization programs. You will also develop commercialization strategies for power distribution clients, providing advisory services to drive significant growth and market advantage.

We require professionals with 6-10 years (Senior) or 10-15 years (Manager) of experience in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) implementation or technical advisory. A strong understanding of the electric utility industry, grid/field operations, and smart grid technologies is essential.

Demonstrated expert consulting skills, proficiency in business process design and gap analysis, and familiarity with relevant architectural components are crucial. Experience with emerging technologies like BESS, Digital Twins, GIS, and Smart Control Centre solutions will be highly advantageous.
