This role focuses on the GDS Consulting team, specifically within the Power & Utilities sector, managing projects related to control systems and business analysis.

Lead engagements in grid modernization, smart metering, and customer transformation. Drive initiatives in energy transition, exploring emerging solutions like renewables and e-mobility. Conduct business analysis, market assessments, and operating model evaluations. Support proposal development and business development activities, contributing to account growth through thought leadership and solution creation.

Effectively manage client relationships, facilitate workshops, and provide strategic advisory services. Work with international utility clients, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We seek a Manager with 9-13 years of experience in Power & Utilities consulting or related industry roles. Proven success leading complex transformation projects is essential. Strong expertise in energy transition technologies and solutions is required.

Demonstrated ability in business analysis, market assessments, and operating model redesign is crucial. Client-facing consulting experience, including managing senior stakeholders and building relationships, is a key requirement. Experience with international utility clients, particularly in the US or UK, is preferred.
