Analyze and document client business needs, developing optimal solutions using expertise in OT/Control Systems like ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, and SCADA.

Redesign business processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Lead workshops to define project scope and essential business requirements for the execution phase.

Identify system integration needs and provide technical specifications to solution architects and development teams.

Serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.

Explore transformative opportunities and propose innovative digital solutions to enhance client competitiveness and market advantage.

Assess the value potential of Transmission & Distribution transformation programs and architect compelling value propositions.

Develop commercialization strategies for power distribution clients and offer expert advisory services.

Demonstrate deep expertise in the electric utility industry, encompassing Grid Operations, Field Operations, Smart Grids, and Digital Grid concepts.

Proven track record of delivering complex P&U Sector specific solutions, particularly in OT/Control Systems (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA).

Exhibit advanced consulting skills coupled with extensive knowledge of OT/CS and industry best practices.

Possess a strong understanding of Distributed Energy Resources, clean energy, energy efficiency, storage, and solar technologies.

Engage in business development activities, including presales, practice development, internal engagements, and knowledge management.

Experience guiding clients through various stages of the implementation lifecycle.

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a readiness to embrace and learn new technologies.

Possess program management experience and a history of successfully delivering large, complex programs.

Demonstrate effective people management, leadership in consultancy assignments, and a result-driven yet people-focused approach.

For Manager roles, a total experience of 10-15 years in OT/CS Implementation/Technical advisory is required.

For Senior roles, a total experience of 6-10 years in OT/CS Implementation/Technical advisory is required.

Proficiency in Business Analysis, OT/CS functional concepts, and Gap Analysis is essential.

Familiarity with OT/CS products, technologies, frameworks, business metadata management, and architectural components is crucial.

Strong business analysis and business process design capabilities are mandatory.
