We are seeking professionals with expertise in Business Analysis and Operational Technology/Control Systems, including ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, and SCADA.

Analyze and document client business needs, developing optimal solutions using OT/Control Systems expertise. Drive business process re-design and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead scope study workshops, identify system integration needs, and act as a liaison between client and technical teams. Explore digital transformation opportunities, assess value potential for T&D programs, and develop commercialization solutions for power distribution clients.

For the Manager role, we require 10-15 years of relevant experience in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) implementation or technical advisory. For the Senior role, 6-10 years of similar experience is expected. Candidates must possess strong functional Business Analysis skills, a deep understanding of OT/CS products and frameworks, and proficiency in business process design. A solid grasp of the electric utility industry, including Grid and Field Operations, Smart Grids, and Digital Grid concepts, is essential.
