Lead and execute consulting projects across the entire upstream oil & gas lifecycle, from exploration to production operations. Drive transformative initiatives focused on operational excellence, cost optimization, and digital integration within upstream operations.

Develop comprehensive project frameworks, including scope definition, governance, risk management, and change management. Utilize data analytics, IoT, AI/ML, and cloud technologies to deliver actionable insights and improve client performance. Foster team growth through mentorship and ensure the highest standards of delivery and knowledge transfer.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent) is essential, complemented by 10-15 years of combined upstream oil & gas industry and management consulting experience. Demonstrated success in upstream engagements covering drilling, production, asset operations, field development, and reservoir management is required.

Strong consulting acumen, including exceptional problem-solving abilities, structured thinking, and the capacity to present clear recommendations, is vital. Experience with digital transformation initiatives like IoT, analytics, cloud, and digital twins in the upstream sector is crucial. Excellent communication and global stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in this role.
