We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep Oil & Gas industry expertise and consulting experience to drive strategic transformation for international energy clients. This role involves advising clients, structuring challenges, contributing to business development, and managing projects from inception to completion.

Your role will encompass driving strategic initiatives and delivering impactful client engagements across the Energy sector. You will be instrumental in diagnosing business challenges, formulating strategic and operational improvements, and developing compelling executive presentations and transformation roadmaps. Additionally, you will actively support account growth by identifying opportunities and shaping solutions, while building trusted relationships with client leadership.

Lead critical workstreams within client engagements in the Energy sector, delivering high-quality outcomes. Develop insightful diagnoses of business challenges and craft strategic and operational recommendations for improvement. Create persuasive executive presentations, detailed proposals, robust business cases, and comprehensive transformation roadmaps. Contribute to account expansion through proactive opportunity identification, solution design, and pursuit support. Engage confidently with client leadership teams, fostering strong advisor relationships.

Further, you will play a key role in practice development, contributing to thought leadership and mentoring junior team members. Prior experience with Oil & Gas operators, service companies, or dedicated energy consulting practices is advantageous. Exposure to Digital Transformation, AI, Analytics, Enterprise Digital Twins, or Operational Excellence programs is preferred. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Petrel, Landmark, and OSDU would be beneficial.

This position requires 5-8 years of comprehensive professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in consulting at a prominent firm such as EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, IBM Consulting, or Capgemini Invent. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is mandatory, and an MBA is preferred.

Essential skills include a profound understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain, particularly Upstream operations. Candidates should possess experience in areas such as Production Operations, Wells & Drilling, Reservoir Management, Integrated Operations, Supply Chain, Asset Management, or Energy Transition. The ability to structure complex business problems and formulate actionable recommendations is crucial. Experience with assessments, strategy studies, operating model design, transformation roadmaps, and business case development is expected. Furthermore, excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive communication skills are vital. Experience in developing RFP/RFQ responses, proposal decks, client presentations, and thought leadership content is also required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling capabilities are fundamental.
