As a Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining both short-term and long-term brand forecasts to guide strategic and operational planning.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive brand, franchise, regional, and country-level forecasting, translating data into actionable business insights and recommendations. You will apply advanced analytical techniques to address complex forecasting challenges, perform sensitivity analyses, and build/validate robust forecasting models.

Further, you will prepare compelling concept notes, reports, and presentations, effectively communicating findings to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Leveraging Python and analytics tools, you will drive efficiency and innovation in forecasting processes.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 7 years of specialized pharmaceutical forecasting experience is essential, coupled with strong therapeutic area (TA) expertise.

You must demonstrate the ability to develop sound forecasting assumptions, create insightful concept notes, and prepare impactful presentations. Basic proficiency in Python is required to effectively support forecasting and analytical activities.

Ideal candidates possess extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing forecasting models, strong expertise in Long-Range Forecasting (LRF), and scenario planning. A proven track record in business analysis, data management, process optimization, and executive-level presentations is highly valued. Deep therapeutic area knowledge, particularly in Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology, or Rare Diseases, is a significant advantage.
