This pivotal role involves shaping immersive client experiences by integrating deep life sciences knowledge, compelling executive narratives, cutting-edge AI advancements, and strategic transformation insights.

This position is designed to foster strategic dialogues with senior client executives, moving beyond traditional project delivery. The focus is on guiding clients to understand the transformative potential of AI, digital innovation, data analytics, and novel operating models across the entire pharmaceutical and life sciences value chain, from initial discovery through to commercialization and market access.

Lead and facilitate executive-level visits for pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and healthcare clients within the CFR. Engage confidently with C-suite leaders and senior functional stakeholders across R&D, medical affairs, commercial, market access, manufacturing, and corporate strategy to craft and refine content.

Develop captivating narratives that vividly illustrate future-state life sciences scenarios and advancements. Translate complex scientific, commercial, and technological concepts into clear, impactful executive stories. Design engaging client journeys that span the entire life sciences value chain and articulate how emerging technologies can drive tangible business outcomes.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end pharmaceutical value chain, including research and discovery, clinical development, regulatory affairs, manufacturing and supply chain, medical affairs, commercial strategy, market access and pricing, and patient engagement. Stay abreast of emerging trends shaping the future of the industry and ensure CFR content remains current and reflects market developments.

Maintain a deep awareness of emerging AI tools and technology trends pertinent to life sciences. Showcase practical applications of AI throughout the drug development and commercialization continuum. Effectively translate technical capabilities into business-relevant value propositions and collaborate with technology, data, and engineering teams to develop new CFR demonstrations and experiences.

Own the creation and ongoing evolution of life sciences CFR assets, demonstrations, scripts, and executive presentations. Develop industry-specific use cases and future-state scenarios, ensuring all content is up-to-date, thought-provoking, and commercially relevant.

Represent EY Life Sciences at client events, innovation forums, and executive workshops. Provide support for priority pursuits through customized client experiences and innovation sessions.

The ideal candidate possesses 10-15 years of experience in life sciences consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare. A robust understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, extending beyond a single functional area, is essential.

Demonstrated experience in direct engagement with senior client stakeholders and a proven ability to influence executive audiences are key. Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills are required, alongside the ability to simplify highly complex topics. Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills are also critical.

Credibility across commercial, medical, R&D, and market access stakeholders is important. Candidates should exhibit curiosity and a passion for emerging AI technologies, coupled with a strong executive presence and effective relationship-building capabilities.
