Join EY's Global Delivery Services as a Pharma Forecasting Specialist-Senior. This role is integral to a global network of service delivery centers, supporting EY's growth agenda. The team provides client services in Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge.

As a Pharma Forecasting Specialist, you will be a key stakeholder in cross-functional teams, responsible for forecasting at global, country, and regional levels. We seek individuals with strong forecasting skills, therapeutic area knowledge, and the ability to develop strategic recommendations and presentations. Basic Python coding skills are also essential for this role.

Develop and refine brand volume forecasts for both short-term and long-term planning. Conduct strategic long-term brand and franchise forecasting, offering insights and guidance. Analyze regional and brand-level challenges using quantitative methods and perform sensitivity analyses to enhance forecast accuracy. Collaborate within cross-functional teams for global, country, and regional forecasting needs. Create and maintain accurate forecasts, recommend assumptions and methodologies, and prepare insightful concept notes and presentations.

Execute comprehensive business analysis, including requirement elicitation and data management. Utilize Python coding to automate and optimize forecasting processes. Gather requirements and deliver insights by collaborating with global teams across marketing, finance, and market access. Analyze historical data and market trends, develop detailed reports and dashboards, and present findings to stakeholders.

Continuously optimize forecasting processes and stay abreast of the latest industry tools, technologies, and best practices in forecasting and analytics.

We require candidates with 5-8 years of experience in forecasting, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating strong business analysis skills. This includes expertise in requirement elicitation, data management, change management, and presentation development. A solid understanding of the Long Range Forecasting process, coupled with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities, is crucial.

Proficiency in therapeutic area-specific knowledge and broad pharma experience is expected. Basic Python coding skills are a must. Desired experience includes advanced proficiency in business analysis and forecasting tools, and a proven track record in developing and maintaining accurate forecasts. The role also values strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks independently in demanding environments.
