This role focuses on Life Sciences consulting, specifically within EU Market Access.

Engage in comprehensive secondary research to support primary market research materials. Develop detailed therapy area overviews, including disease backgrounds, treatment algorithms, unmet needs, and competitive landscapes. Facilitate primary market research by creating essential documentation and conducting/participating in expert interviews with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and payers. Analyze interview outputs to extract key insights, identify trends, and formulate strategic solutions.

Translate research findings into compelling client presentations and final reports. Lead and moderate workshops, such as advisory boards and evidence generation sessions. Prepare and deliver client updates and present findings and recommendations to both internal teams and executive leadership.

Demonstrate strong business analysis capabilities within life sciences strategy, commercial consulting, and market access. Possess a solid understanding of European market access, including Health Technology Assessment (HTA) regulations in key markets, Integrated Regulatory Policy (IRP), and the impact of EU-HTA. Exhibit excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Showcase specific therapeutic area expertise and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Ideal candidates will also have extensive experience in commercial strategy projects like opportunity assessments, brand planning, and policy shaping. Experience in market access projects including payer strategy, pricing research, and value story development is highly desirable. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.
