Develop a continuous understanding of market demand, competitor activities, and key client decision-makers. Lead the complete business case development process, including market sizing and ROI analysis. Cultivate and advance scalable solutions aligned with sector objectives and partnerships.

Collaborate with Sector, FOP, and Account teams to facilitate go-to-market strategies and sales enablement. Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide mentorship. Establish quarterly OKRs and implement governance for solution adoption and value measurement.

A minimum of 10-14 years of experience in consulting or strategy, with significant exposure to the Industrials & Energy sectors. Proficiency in financial modeling, market analytics, and effective communication is essential. Experience with major technology alliances such as SAP, Microsoft, and ServiceNow, along with expertise in supply chain, finance, customer, and growth platforms.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in matrixed organizational structures and proven leadership capabilities. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred, and a background in Engineering or Finance is considered advantageous. Travel is anticipated to be around 20-30% for client workshops, alliance events, and internal sprints.
