EY is seeking a Senior Manager for its Oil & Gas Upstream division within the GDS MENA consulting team. This role is crucial for shaping and driving end-to-end upstream transformation outcomes.

As an upstream leader embedded in a digital ecosystem, you will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. The position emphasizes upstream domain leadership, portfolio delivery governance, value realization, and scaling reusable assets, rather than coding.

This leadership role operates within an Agile delivery environment, with accountability for multi-workstream outcomes across various upstream domains. You will be responsible for people leadership, mentoring Managers and Senior Consultants.

Oversee end-to-end upstream domain delivery, ensuring integrated outcomes across the entire lifecycle from subsurface to production operations.

Drive business development and manage senior client relationships, shaping upstream digital transformation agendas.

Lead discovery with stakeholders, translating needs into functional requirements for technical teams, and govern execution using Agile methods.

Envision and guide digital operations initiatives, connecting business workflows with data and analytics for effective decision-making.

Lead and mentor teams, develop reusable assets and playbooks, and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas upstream operations, with comprehensive exposure across all upstream domains.

Demonstrated ability to lead multi-workstream delivery in cross-functional settings, connecting upstream teams with digital and product groups.

Possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior clients and for delivery governance.

Fluency in English is mandatory. An Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Petroleum disciplines, along with an MBA, is required.

Experience within Integrated Oil Company (IOC) environments, such as Exxon Mobil, Shell, or BP, is highly valued.
