Lead the discovery phase for upstream operations use cases, meticulously capturing workflows, pain points, and success metrics. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements and stakeholder narratives. Translate operational needs into actionable technical inputs for delivery teams, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives. Validate analytics outputs and AI-driven insights against real-world operational standards, fostering iterative improvements. Effectively manage stakeholders, acting as a trusted interface and translating feedback into actionable backlog items. Drive cross-functional engagements and ensure solutions adhere to quality standards and governance principles.

A minimum of 8-10 years of dedicated experience in upstream Oil & Gas operations, with a deep understanding of field and production operations. Proven ability to articulate operational workflows, constraints, and data quality considerations is essential. Strong documentation and communication skills are required to effectively convey complex operational concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience in cross-functional delivery within Agile environments is expected. A Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Petroleum Engineering, coupled with an MBA, is mandatory. Experience with Integrated Oil Companies like Exxon Mobil, Shell, or BP is highly preferred.
