This full-time position operates during U.S. shift timings, from Monday to Friday, 06:30 pm IST to 4:30 am IST.

Your core duties will involve in-depth alert review and investigation to identify Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and Foreign Politically Exposed Persons (PEFP). You will conduct critical assessments for Suppression of Terrorism (SOT) and Economic Sanctions (ES), alongside analyzing unusual transactions for compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Efficient data analysis is key to identifying risks and ensuring regulatory adherence. Maintaining high accuracy in report generation and tracking is essential for comprehensive documentation and appropriate reporting of findings.

You will also be responsible for upholding all activities in line with AML/AFT legislation and internal policies. Collaboration with various departments is crucial for addressing and mitigating identified risks.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in AML operations or similar domains.

Essential skills include a robust understanding of AML/AFT legislation and regulatory requirements, particularly the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent keyboarding skills are required. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines and a keen eye for detail are also vital for success in this role.
