Your core responsibilities will involve meticulously analyzing and executing the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes according to established Standard Operating Procedures. You will interpret critical KYC documents, accurately capturing all information within our dedicated applications. Maintaining strict adherence to all standardized processes and procedures is paramount, ensuring operational integrity and compliance.

A strong foundation in banking operations, ideally within a BPO setting, is preferred, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. A university degree or equivalent, requiring a minimum of 3 years of formal study in Accounting or Commerce, is essential. Proficiency in using Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation and learning new software, with at least 1 year of experience, is also necessary. Excellent oral and written English communication skills are vital for client interaction. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work (compensatory off provided), is required.
