Execute the Business Banking Loan process, adhering strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Interpret and accurately capture information from incoming requests related to business banking loans into the relevant application systems.

Ensure continuous adherence to all agreed-upon standardized processes and procedures. Provide clear and concise narratives in English, demonstrating strong grammar and sentence structure.

Regularly review and stay updated with operational and administrative procedures, ensuring full compliance. Participate actively in training programs designed to meet business needs and attend team meetings or customer calls as required.

We are looking for candidates with 0-2 years of experience, preferably within the Banking BPO sector. A university degree or equivalent, requiring at least 3 years of formal study in Accounting or Commerce, is essential for this role.

Candidates must possess the ability to work scheduled shifts effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required to facilitate clear information exchange with our clients.
