Your core responsibilities will involve the meticulous unwrapping of shareholder and entity details. You will conduct thorough investigations, gather essential data, and compile documentation and evidence. Ensuring accurate, detailed notes and timely reporting to clients is paramount, as is the precise and prompt completion of transactions to meet or exceed service level agreements.

Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Utilize established tools and procedures for problem-solving, including fact-finding, information gathering, data verification, and compilation. Recognize and address situations with insufficient information by involving your Team Leader or Manager.

We are seeking candidates with 0-18 months of relevant experience. A fundamental understanding of KYC/CDD principles is required, along with the ability to comprehend moderately complex transactions and interpret source documents. Strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the capacity to multitask are essential.

Proficiency in data entry and word processing is a must. You should possess a working knowledge of MS Office applications and be comfortable navigating web-based platforms. The ability to make sound decisions independently is also a key requirement for success in this role.
