This role involves interpreting and processing business banking loan requests, ensuring all information is accurately captured within the designated applications. You will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to standardized processes and procedures, contributing to a smooth and compliant operational environment.

Analyze and execute the Business Banking Loan process, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Interpret incoming requests for business banking loan processing and accurately capture information. Ensure compliance with all agreed-upon standardized processes and procedures. Participate in relevant training programs as dictated by business needs. Attend team meetings and client calls to foster collaboration and understanding.

Prior experience in Banking BPO is preferred, ranging from 0 to 1 year. Possess a University degree or equivalent, demonstrating at least 3 years of formal study in Accounting or Commerce. Availability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, between 02:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills in English for seamless information exchange with our clients.
