Seeking a detail-oriented Banking Operations Senior Representative to ensure the accurate and timely completion of shareholder and entity investigations. This role involves meticulous data collection, compilation of evidence, and precise reporting to clients, all while adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).

Upholding the highest degree of confidentiality is paramount. You will utilize established tools and procedures for problem-solving, including fact-finding, information gathering, data verification, and compilation. Escalation of issues to team leaders or management is crucial when information is insufficient or problems arise.

Key responsibilities include performing shareholder and entity unwrapping, conducting thorough investigations, and collecting relevant data.

You will compile documentation and evidence, maintain detailed notes, and ensure the accurate and timely completion of reporting to clients. Transaction processing must meet or exceed client SLAs.

Additionally, you'll identify and resolve routine and non-routine problems, escalating them as needed. Maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information is a core aspect of this position.

This position is ideal for individuals with 0-18 months of relevant experience, possessing a foundational understanding of KYC/CDD domains.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to comprehend moderately complex transactions and interpret source documents. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, coupled with the ability to make sound decisions, are essential.
