Join our team as a Banking Operations Senior Representative and play a crucial role in shareholder management and transaction processing. This position involves detailed investigation, data compilation, and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of client service level agreements.

Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality while handling sensitive information. You will be instrumental in identifying and resolving operational issues, escalating when necessary, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include unwrapping shareholder details and entity information, conducting thorough investigations, and compiling necessary documentation. You will ensure the precise and prompt execution of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.

Proactively identify and resolve both routine and non-routine problems, escalating to management as needed. Maintain meticulous records and detailed notes throughout all processes. Monitor and track the resolution of ongoing issues to ensure timely closure.

Ideal candidates will possess 0-18 months of relevant experience and a foundational understanding of KYC/CDD principles. You should be adept at understanding moderately complex transactions and interpreting source documents.

Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, enabling effective multitasking and decision-making. Proficiency in data entry, word processing, MS Office applications, and navigating web-based platforms is required.
