You will be responsible for maintaining precise notes and ensuring accurate, timely transaction completion to meet and exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Proactively identify and resolve routine and non-routine operational issues, escalating when necessary. Uphold the utmost confidentiality in handling sensitive information and utilize established tools and procedures for problem-solving, fact-finding, and data verification.

Ideal candidates will possess 0-18 months of relevant experience, with a foundational understanding of KYC/CDD principles. You should demonstrate an ability to comprehend moderately complex transactions and interpret source documents with accuracy.

Essential skills include strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities, and sound decision-making abilities. Proficiency in data entry, word processing, MS Office applications, and navigating web-based platforms is required.
