Perform the unwrapping of shareholder and entity details with precision. Conduct comprehensive investigations, collect necessary data, and compile documentation and evidence. Maintain accurate and detailed notes throughout all processes. Ensure the precise and timely completion of reporting to clients, meeting or exceeding defined SLAs. Address and resolve both routine and non-routine problems, escalating issues to the appropriate management levels when necessary. Uphold the highest degree of confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Utilize established tools and procedures for task-related problem-solving, including fact-finding, information search, data verification, and compilation. Recognize and report when insufficient information is available, bringing problems to the attention of supervisors. Monitor and track the resolution of all identified issues.

We are seeking individuals with 0-18 months of relevant experience in banking operations or a related field. A foundational understanding of the KYC/CDD domain is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to comprehend moderately complex transactions and interpret source documents accurately. Strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to multitask are critical. Decision-making capabilities are required for this role. Proficiency in data entry and word processing is a must. Working knowledge of MS Office applications and the ability to navigate web-based applications are necessary.
