Analyze and execute the Business Banking Loan process by understanding Standard Operating Procedures. Interpret requests related to Business Banking loan processing and capture information accurately. Adhere to all appropriate and agreed standardized processes and procedures. Provide clear and concise communication in English, ensuring proper grammar and sentence structure. Review and maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational and administrative procedures, ensuring full compliance. Participate in training programs as needed and attend team meetings or customer calls.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent requiring at least 3 years of formal study in Accounting or Commerce is preferred. A background in Banking BPO with 0-2 years of experience is advantageous.

Key abilities include working scheduled shifts and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, in English. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining process integrity.
