Your responsibilities will include unwrapping shareholder details and managing entity information. You will conduct thorough investigations, gather necessary data, and compile documentation, always maintaining meticulous records.

Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is a key aspect of this role. You will also identify and resolve both routine and non-routine issues, escalating to management when necessary, while upholding strict confidentiality.

Utilize established tools and procedures for problem-solving, including fact-finding, information gathering, data verification, and compilation. Proactively identify when information is insufficient and bring issues to the attention of your Team Leader or Manager, monitoring and tracking the resolution of all reported concerns.

We are seeking candidates with 0-18 months of relevant experience and a foundational understanding of KYC/CDD principles. The ability to comprehend moderately complex transactions and interpret source documents is essential.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, and possess sound decision-making skills. Proficiency in data entry and word processing is required, along with a working knowledge of MS Office applications and the ability to navigate web-based platforms.
