Execute the Business Banking Loan process by thoroughly understanding and applying Standard Operating Procedures.

Interpret incoming requests for business banking loans and accurately capture all necessary information into the designated application systems.

Strictly adhere to all established and agreed-upon standardized processes and procedures to ensure operational excellence.

Participate in essential training programs designed to meet evolving business needs.

Attend regular team meetings and participate in client calls as required.

A university degree or equivalent, involving at least 3 years of formal study in Accounting or Commerce, is required.

0-2 years of prior experience in Banking BPO is highly preferred, making this role suitable for freshers.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English to facilitate clear information exchange with clients.

Must be able to work scheduled shifts, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
