Join our dynamic banking operations team as a Senior Associate, focusing on in-depth financial statement analysis. Your primary responsibilities will involve comprehensive analysis and spreading of financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements. You will accurately input financial data into our approved systems and meticulously review statements for completeness and accuracy. Furthermore, you will calculate and validate key financial metrics and ratios, identifying any discrepancies or unusual trends for prompt escalation.

You will also provide essential support to Credit Analysts and Underwriters, contributing to robust credit evaluations. Maintaining strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets is paramount, alongside ensuring compliance with all internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. Participation in training programs and team meetings will also be part of your role.

We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of prior experience in Banking BPO. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is required. A solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, including ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and credit fundamentals, is essential.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary for effective client interaction. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work under deadlines, and adhere to scheduled shifts is also critical for success in this role.
